We will not use or sell any of your contact information for marketing purposes, it is only used for communication and shipment of your order.  Also, we do not put cookies on your computer.

ORDER & RETURN POLICIES

TERMS

Personal Checks will delay order until the check clears the bank. The best ways to send money are: Postal Money Order, Express Money Order, Bank Money Order, Bank Draft, Cashiers Check, or Certified Personal Check. All foreign shipments require full payment in advance.

Complete mailing address is required...Box numbers are not enough.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes are due to manufacturers and material costs fluctuating. In the event of extreme increases, you will be notified promptly, before we ship. If there is a slight increase or decrease, your parts will be shipped at the new price.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of sale.

For fast service, you may call our order desk (303) 688-6882, or use our website order page, and mail order to T.S.M. Co. 4321 Willow Creek Road, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104-9766. Use part number and description on each item.

SHIPPING

All orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped U.P.S. or Fed Ex. All orders shipped F.O.B. Castle Rock, Colorado. (You Pay the Freight).

CLAIMS

Delivery of the merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the merchandise, shipping container and packing slip in the presence of the delivery agent. This insures prompt action, should any claims need to be filed for damaged or broken parts. Remeber, YOU must file the claim with the delivering carrier.

RETURNED GOODS AND EXCHANGES

Should you receive a defective item, or have a problem, all efforts will be made to correct the problem.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS.

All returns require you to contact us for authorization before returning any merchandise.

All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% handling charge, if not due to our error. Return shipments must be sent Freight prepaid, along with copy of receipt or full name etc.  Phone approval from us is required.

All merchandise presented for return or exchange must have the receipt and be in saleable condition. Damaged or altered merchandise is not returnable.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Except for Money Orders which will be refunded by our company check.

Returns without a receipt will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

Refunds for purchases made with a bank check will be made after 14 days.

Returns made from a Gift Certificate will be issued a merchandise credit.  Purchases above the Gift Certificate price will be refunded in the original form of payment.

30-60 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE

Returns made with or without a receipt will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

We are open 8:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 to 12:00 on Friday Mountain Time. We accept Visa and Master Card.
